Tax return question

I got my RFE today, they want my tax return/employment information again.

I always file efile, but I have paper copies for every year and my W2s.

Do you think if I sign my paper copies and send them in they will work?

How should I sign them. Today's date. The date I submitted the tax return. The CFO of my company said sign them with todays date and write above my name "Electronically filed mm/dd/yyyy", but he follow that up with, that's my best guess.

Anyone?

Send them a new I-864EZ with copies of 1-3 years past returns, W2, and any 1099s. alos past 6 months pay stubs can be sent and or note from employer.

Note some people have problems with the tax returns copies, but when they send a tax transcript from IRS that works.

Tax transcript can be requested for free from the IRS website.

I always just sent them unsigned copies with a notation that "unsigned because filed electronically" (I did it with the I134 and also with the I864.) Don't forget to attach the W-2s, 1099s etc. Good Luck
