Hello everyone! I'm a K1 visa holder, i sent my AOS two weeks ago. I also included the I 765 form. Now i noticed that i forgot to send two passport pictures with the package for the EAD form..i only sent 2 pictures for the AOS.. what should i do? Send them the two pictures now, saying i forgot them, or should i just wait for the RFE? i find more important the EAD because i need a job.. i know that the green card takes a while..

You only need 2 pics you will be fine they take your pic at Biometrics and that is used for EAD card, so don't stress.

Barb please don't say this. Each application requires 2 pictures. The fact that some people have been "okay" when they've only sent 2 doesn't make it right. Each application should be treated as a separate application. You never know if this OP will be the person that triggers the "you're not reading the instructions" fall-back from USCIS and issued with an RFE. You don't want to be the reason someone doesn't do what they're supposed to and ends up with an RFE. Instructions state 2 pics per app. Follow the instructions.

OP you SHOULD be fine and i hope that's the only requirement you forgot. Make sure you read and follow the instructions in future otherwise you could end up with delays or even denials if it's bad enough.

I sent only two pictures with each of three AOS packets, and it wasn't a problem. A few others have done the same thing recently, but I don't think we know yet how their cases have turned out. Until we're sure that nobody is getting an RFE for more pictures then I think Vanessa's advice is best. Better safe than sorry until we know for sure.
