eMail to Expedite

Hi All,

I have a question, that i am hopeful somebody will be able to answer (may be its already answered in some other post). I keep seeing in many of the post, that some members emailed to NVC to expedite their case. I am wondering, wether there is some criteria to get it expedited and secondly, what is the procedure.. If its as simple as sending NVC an eMail, then what should be the content of it. If anybody has had success with it, it would be nice to see the format they used in the eMail send to NVC..

the criteria seems to be somewhat mirroring that of the uscis. if you feel that you have reason satisfactory enough to expedite, send an email to the nvc - nvcinquiry@state.gov

in the subject line "attention pi supervisor sue - expedite request - case number - names and dates of birth"

doing the above is rather important it is worded in such a way.

then attach all of your supporting letters, documents that you feel would qualify you for an expedite.

no one can really tell you if you qualify for such processing, you may have a reason that some on here isnt a valid reason, and vice versa. so its best to send the email, attach the documents as pdf preferably, and enclose your reasons in the email.

When I did the expedite, I was told to send the request to PI supervisor Sue.(by mail) I had to give my evidence and letter of request for expedite. They do want proof at the NVC level from what I have seen and read on the board.

I would call the NVC and ask them if supervisor Sue is the one for your country too. It took me 4 calls to the NVC and talking to different people to find out how to expedite our case.
