Hi, i have this situation: My fiancee is transitioning back to the states and doesn't have a finalized job. she has been working at a mission-type place and doesn't have a present salary that would support us in the states. her father will sponsor us and has filled out the paperwork but since she is overseas, does not have access to her old w2 and 1040 form. does she NEED to fill out the I-134 form as well or is her father's enough? once she has a job she is planning on supporting us both...but before that happens, she has no way of proving that she'll make enough money to support us

thank you for any ideas on this

Can always order IRS transcripts over the phone, and can be FAXed by the IRS to be attached to the I-134.

Take care where you post, The IR-1/CR-1 forum is for discussions about Spouse visas, not fiancee K-1 visas, I-134 is only used at consulate so this will be moved to the Embassy/Consulate forum.

Look through the Embassy Consulate forum, there you will find hundreds of questions about I-134.
