Hey guys.....

We are also the "lucky" waiting couple.... we still have patience though :).... BUT was wondering..... the previous times we called, the processing time was said to be 5 months.... after that we could call and then we would be sending a message "up" to whoever would be interested in it, since it got out of time frame... the 5 estimated months (yeah I knooow its just us interested in it, no one else LOL ),but anyways.... this polite guy said yes estimated time is 5 months, but to get out of estimated time its plus 32 days..... so now we are confused LOL..... all the previous employees said call one day after the 5 months are over.... so when do we call..... ?!?!?!.... OR THEY WILL SAY THE SAME IN THE 5 MONTHS AND 32 DAYS AGAIN? lol

so yeah, we are 5 months and 1 day waiting time :D

; When you past your 5 month mark, you should make a phone call. At this moment, the Vermont Service Center is backlogged for one month and people get their NOA2 around their 6 month mark. However, just make a phone call and the person on the line will tell you a new estimated time for you to hang on to. It could be 2 weeks or an other month, who knows?

Good luck with your journey and hopefully it's a speedy one!

Why does it take so long for this?? It's very discouraging.

They rec'd my I129F on Dec 27th but b/c of problems with my bank account having to be closed b/c of theft, i had to send a new payment to them.

But that didn't happen until Jan 18th b/c of the run around from Customer Service.

Then they didn't put the paperwork back into processing until Feb 15th - 4 weeks after I made the payment.

I feel so deflated right now b/c it feels like it is going to take forever for this process.

I am so lonely without my fiance and want him here soon!!!! This waiting game really sucks.

It seems like they would have a faster process. I mean seriously... what takes them SOOOOOO long to do this????

Thanks,

Brandy
