Hello to all. Am in the process of filing for my AOS, am a K1/K2 visa holder. My son is with me now here in US. Would like to ask what forms I need to use for my son for the AOS. Please hep! And should I start using my husband's surname in all forms I will fill up? We just got married last week. Thanks in advance...

SunDrop started a thread here that summarizes the requirements for a K2 AOS. Many of us have contributed to that thread.

Maybe we should ask an admin to pin that thread.

The AOS forms requried are all the same regardless of entry route, K-1 or K-2. The K-2, if filed with the K-1, is cheaper.
