Interview Fee Question

My fiance has his interview in Dublin tomorrow and we were wondering if the Postal Order can be made out in US dollars since the exchange rate seems to be confusing the fee. In packet 4 the payment instructions sheet has the fee as 287 euros, which was then crossed out in pen and changed to 263 euros. Then when I went to double check the current exchange rate online today it said 350 dollars would equal 255 euros. We're worried we will get to the interview and they'll tell us the fee has changed again and they won't accept it.

So should we get it made out in 255 euros, 263 euros, or 350 dollars?

K Visa Application Fee

A visa application fee must be paid on the day of the interview for the fiancé(e) visa itself. The K (fiancé) visa fee is $350 or €263 per person. Payment may be made in cash in U.S. dollars or euros in the exact amount as noted. Payment may also be accepted by U.S. dollar bank draft or a Euro bank draft or Euro postal order. The U.S. Embassy is not authorized to accept bank drafts or postal orders that are not in the exact amount as noted. Applicants who appear for their interview with a bank draft or postal order in the wrong amount will be required to leave and return with a bank draft or postal order in the correct amount in either U.S. dollars or euros, which will delay their case processing. We cannot accept payment by credit card or personal check for the K visa fee. No exceptions can be made to these policies.
