How long does it take for our granted I-130 to arrive at NVC

one to two weeks usually.

Do you really not yet realize you're not on a K3 visa path. Please post your questions in the CR1 visa forum. That's the path you're on. If you haven't figured that out yet, I haven't a clue how you're going to manage to get through NVC to an interview date.
