I-130 APPROVED NVC HAS NOT RECEIVED MY CASE SHOULD I BE WORRIED

My I-130 was approved on january 31 2011 i keep calling that nvc number but it keeps saying that they have not received my case at that office. when i called last week i spoke to a lady and she said i should be able to have the case number by yesterday, but it still says the same thing. should i be worried or is there anywhere else i can call to see whats going on.

I had a case (F3) that took about 30 days to get there. Even so you can contact USCIS to confirm the case file was sent to them. You may need the assistance of a level two agent who will be able to confirm if it was sent. Edited February 23, 2011 by RICARDO4EVA2

You can also send in your packet and fee using a copy of the NOA2
