Yes that would be a question for immigration attorney, note the types of visa discussed on this board depend on the fact that one of the persons is a US Citizen.

If your girlfriend naturalizes then several options become available, but again the rules apply for where and when a marriage happens between US citizen and foreign national.

First have your GF look into how long it will take to get naturalized before considering the options, she needs to be an american citizen not greencard holder.
