Hello everyone,

has anyone filed this form with their AR-11 forms for their spouses (sponsors from AOS; i-864). i am really confused, i filed Ar-11 a year ago and i honestly did not realize that my spouse (sponsor) should also have filed I-864 so what do you, guys think?

We filed our AR-11 and I-865 at the same time. If you forgot to file the I-865 do it now, as long as it gets done it shouldn't be a problem.

did you add a line such as Attn: Change of Address, I-865 or something like that?

Not that I can recall.

BTW you will receive an I-797C NOA confirming the address change so you will eventually know that it made its' way to the correct department.
