Where do you think the USCIS get their info for the N400 interview, DMV?

They do an FBI background check and in addition search all Federal and State databases based on matches of SSN, name, and birth date.

They even found out that I studied at UCLA in the 1990s, just because my SSN showed up on the screen, although I never, ever listed this in any immigration application (as it was never asked for it).

If you planing on hiding something based on the assumption that they wouldn't find out, think again.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Right now I have the same question with assault and battery charges when my stepdaughter was one and four years old, and a drivers' suspension charge before she even had a license.

And what a time of this to happen, new senator never even set up an office yet, was criticized for that for taking a long vacation after he was elected. Other senator is far more occupied with collective bargaining in our state that is making national news. Long time immigration attorney is on vacation and we have less than 30 days to apply. Stepdaughter is in mid terms, if she blows that now, can lose $7,000 in tuition payments. Think I am going to crack up.

So exactly where does the USCIS get their information from?

And with all we went through for my wifes' US citizenship, again, where do you think she got her conditional and ten year green card from? Out of a Cracker Jack box? Was like she never was involved with the USCIS before.

Nothing to hide, just interested to know. Maybe you filed for a Pell Grant or aid for college...

Why I asked was, I had a Traffic Warning Issued, so I asked a friend who with the police and he ran my license and he said it came back clear for traffic, so I guess I don't need to mention the warning. I figured that was the only place it would show up.
