There is a program that downlaods skype chat.. but someone mentioned it covers all chats.. It doesn't cover all only the computer where the chat was from.. I have used 6 computers since 2009 lol and some I can't access because the computer is gone..

wow if you have hundreds of pages of conversations you are lucky, probably consulting an attorney would be better. it is good to know that november applications are moving forward finally.

Why should they consult a lawyer? They just want to know if USCIS expects hundreds of pages of skype traffic! Are you for real!

I was wondering if anyone ever submitted the hundreds of pages of calls, emails, etc on a thumb drive--it would be readable on virtually any computer. I'm not going to be the first one to try it, but if it has ever worked for anyone, I'd give it a shot.

I made copies of the earliest dates I could find of email and skype chat... This just shows the beginning of correspondance which I think is what they are looking for..2 pages of each should be adequate

i would just send two E.MAILS every week or one for each week, one hundred is to much, makes your package to thick, and cost a lot to ship,he's not going tolook at all of them.they don't have time.

Please answer if u know the answer to this. USCIS is requesting copies of emails, letters, etc. Do they want the hundreds of pages it will take to copy all conversations they show also mostly video/audio with some written text throughout? This is going to take hundreds of paper and also neither messenger or skype will let me go back to 2009 when we first started talking.By the way cst service was no help other than to say contact a lawyer or make Info pass appt.

No need to kill any trees. Examples would be what they are looking for.

What exactly did the RFE request, verbatim? That way, we can actually help you.

I believe we received the same RFE. And I printed EVERYTHING, I mean everything, every email, every chat, every phone bill, you name it. USCIS received a 15lb box from us with thousands and thousands of pages, no kidding.

I called USCIS and asked what they wanted exactly and they said if you ssend it they read it. The tier 2 guy (which was the most helpful person I have ever dealt with at USCIS) said they are like any body else they want to be entertained and also read everything you send in. And the more evidence you send in, the more it helps your case. When he said that I sent EVERYTHING.

In my considered opinion, sending thousands or even hundreds of pages is a very bad choice. They aren't going to box that all up and send it to the Consulate to be read again and they are NOT going to read it all. It's much better to give them plenty of examples over time of how and how frequently you communicate. Make it within reason in terms of size but make it span as long a period of time as you have available. That way, YOU are choosing what gets read, kept and forwarded instead of them.

Maybe you are right that they are not going to read it all, but I was just informing everyone of what the Teir 2 guy at USCIS said to me. And he said they do, but I am sure they skip through stuff, but I rather be safe then sorry.

And I choose what I wanted them to read, I took a black sharpie to things that I thought were to personal or certain fights we had, that I thought was no bodies business.

In the end it is what each person feels comfortable sending, I rather be safe then sorry, and send to much, rather then not enough. So I sent everything.

yes i totally agree with you in what you said, i guess it gets down to a ####### shoot in who may or not get a RFE on how much or how little you send...but sometimes you have to wonder after reading about RFE's ( did i send enough )...and you only will know that answer...if you dont get a RFE...

What exactly did the RFE say? You can't really overload your petition. I thought I was overloading mine and I still got an RFE. I sent "everything" I possibly could for the RFE and more than it asked for. We were approved very quickly after I sent it . My opinion is to send everything that you possibly can. It doesn't matter if they're going to read it or not. They want to know that it exists. Good luck:)

I thought notarized affadavits from family and friends was enough proof of evidence for on-going relations? They want paper log and pictures as well at the USCIS?

Affidavits from family and friends are meaningless if all they know about your relationship is what they observed at a ceremony or party. The evidence they're looking for is about the relationship, not the wedding.
