Please answer if u know the answer to this. USCIS is requesting copies of emails, letters, etc. Do they want the hundreds of pages it will take to copy all conversations they show also mostly video/audio with some written text throughout? This is going to take hundreds of paper and also neither messenger or skype will let me go back to 2009 when we first started talking.By the way cst service was no help other than to say contact a lawyer or make Info pass appt.

wow if you have hundreds of pages of conversations you are lucky, probably consulting an attorney would be better. it is good to know that november applications are moving forward finally.

Depending on what you've submitted so far they may want to see selections from throughout your relationship or they may want all.

That was one of the RFE items that we got so I killed a couple of trees and sent everything that I could. Initially we just submitted a few emails from different months.

I searched for my now-spouse's name in my email and printed out the 20 pages of results (with just date, subject, a snippet of text, and who I was talking to) rather than print the actual emails.. I think that gave them a good sense. Could this work in your case?

Best of luck!

are you married or going the fiance-K1 route? for fiance visas it is usually require boat loads of evidence to prove your relationship than married people.

We submitted a few days from each month to show the ongoing communications and some hand written letters from both of us and letters we also sent to each others family. I think the main idea is to show ongoing communications between the two of you. It doesnt hurt to send more than not enough. I sent over a 100 pictures and like 30 hand written pages explaining what was going on in the photos. I probably went overboard but we had no issues and it all came about very smooth. Good luck.

not everyone will have time and not like chatting forever on the machines especially people who are working and busy. i don't see how everyone can have pages and pages of chatting history as some people are saying here. personally i like to talk than chatting and even when you video call you through skype (very economical) or other tools you don't have pages and pages of history or proof and that does not mean you are not talking with your spouse.

There are a couple of threads on how to get transcripts of skype conversations going back a long ways. I can't be of more help with that since I do not utilize that service but if you search you will find solutions to that.

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!

If you used yahoo messenger, then you can go to contacts, then message archive and print out/screen shot of the screen of conversations. They're listed by day. Not sure of MSN messenger, I'm sure it has a similar feature. Best of luck

I dont think you need to print out all of those stuffs. Make a selection which shows ur continues communication periodically such as per month just grab one conversation from it. One day conversation sometimes take about more than 30 pages. Missed call on skype could be removed to make it efficient.
