Hi friends,

I had called the NVC and checked on the automated voice service and it said that they had recieved our biographic forms.Does that mean the DS230 ??? cause then i think im close to a complete case.

O yes the affidavit of support is yet not recieved which my wife had completed about 2 weeks back with our attourney.

so as per VJ time lines how long do you think will it take for the case to get completed and have an interview once the AOS is recieved by NVC?

And as far as the inteview date is concerned we dont need to wait at all cause there are no applications at all altease none on VJ .

thanks a million in advance

regards

Why don't you try to speak with an operator and try to find out whether your DS 230 review is complete or not. The case will be complete after NVC reviews I-864 also. To review I-864, it will take 2-4 weeks. It is hard to say about the Embassy interview date, as it depends on the specific Embassy.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Ghana

The DS-230 is also known as the biographic forms. We go by the numbers, they go by the real technical names.
