Marige Certificate : Submit a Legible Copy of Marrige Certificate for (My Name) and (WifeName) The certificate must indicate that after the marrige ceremony it was register and recorded by the county , state or provice.

The Department of state's foreing affairs Manual,Volume 9, indicates that marrige documents from Colombia are available. For further information on obtaining documents from that country ,please visit the followingwebsite and select the appropriate country.

If the requested civil document ins unavailable,the petitioner must submit certification of non-existenceof record from that civil autority where the marrige took place establishing that the record is not available. Affidavits may NOT be Submited is lieu of certificates of unavailability.

Marrige Terminations: Submit a Legible Copyof final Divorce decree signed by Judge or Magistrate that shows proff of filing,or the death certificate issues by civil authorities,that terminated the prior marrige(s)bettween (Me) and (ex wife)

Ok, you're correct in the initial interpretation that you need marriage certificate and divorce decrees. They will need certified copies of both documents. They will be obtained directly from the government agency's records and will have been produced AFTER the events took place and were placed on official records. A marriage certificate or divorce decree obtained on the day those events occurred, is usually not going to bear the needed certification. These are documents you "request" at a later date. If they need translation, be sure the translation is certified as is customary in the country of origin.

Thanks you give me some peace of mind . I was able to get my hand on Golden Seal copies of mu divorce judgment and the only original Registry of the colombian goberment . I even made a copy of that contract like document the give me the day after the weading .

A got the Copy of my marrige certificate real clear Double sided all seal are visible .

1) On the contract like document that even have my wife and my finger print they can see colombian goverment seals also .

All Transalated by the same agency that work on our Baby boy docuementation wend we went for his US citizenship in Colombia. I will be making copies of that and certify as a true copy of transalation By a Notary .

About my english as you can immagine my first language is spanish . Im from PR .

Im also including some more Pics of my wife and me .Her baby girl w.me and the 2 kids w.me .

It took me 48 hours to get this around plus 200 dollars . That is nothing .all i want is my family.

Im writting this lisening to my boy call me dady ,dady,dady I really miss them

on a personal Note i been a singel father for 5 years rasing a Honor Role 10 year old Baby girl . She knows about my wife her brother and her Sister (My wife baby girl and ask me every day wend are they coming dady )

If you provide the correct documents this time, that should satisfy the RFE. A gold seal is on many documents that are NOT issued by the correct agency after the fact. When and how you obtained the documents will be the key, not the color of the seal.

Good Morning

Update .

Goat a TXT message this morning at 12am . Yes now i can't sleep during this process.

The extrange part is that I only got a text specifing that the recive the documents and are in the process of reviewing .

I have 2 petitions going .

1) My wife petition updated got the text traking page move one spot

2) My wife Baby girl No text or change on USCIS traking page .

The two Refs were send the same time i track and print the USPS documents that have a person name as the reciver of the documents in California .

Should i call to find out why i only recive 1 alert .

Both Ref's were exactly the same and fullfill the same way .
