I will be filing AOS for my fiance in a month or so....I was wondering If I could use the form I-864EZ since i am the only sponser.

K-1 Journey....

05/15/2006 - Sent to TSC (Day 1)

05/30/2006 - NOA 1

07/21/2006 - NOA 2

08/23/2006 - INTERVIEW SUCCESSFUL!! (Day 99)[/b]

08/24/2006 - Visa Issued......08/30/2006 --- Visa in HAND !!!

09/02/2006 - REUNITED

09/07/2006 - Married

09/07/2006 - Applied for SSN

09/13/2006 - Picked-up Marriage Certificate's from the COURTHOUSE

09/13/2006 - Vaccinations DONE !!!

09/21/2006 - Mailed out I-485 Package to Chicago.

10/02/2006 - NOA recevied

10/06/2006 - Letter Received for Biometrics

10/23/2006 - Case Transfered to CSC

10/27/2006 - Case received at CSC

11/09/2006 - E-mail recevied from CRIS saying AOS Approved and welcome notice mailed.

11/14/2006 - An approval letter mailed.

11/15/2006 - Green Card Received !!

Yes you can and it is recommended. Less documentation is required. (copies of 1-3 years tax returns. and optionally past 6 months pay-stubs and/or letter from employer)

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

confusion here

i just rang to find out about the EZ or the 184...the lady told me the 184 not the EZ....

so now im confused...our other supposrt evidence for our petition was based on his income alone...

would love this one answered or i might end up sending in both forms to them....

REMOVING CONDITIONS

11th Aug 2008 - Mailed I-751 to CSC.

12th Aug 2008 - Application received

14th Aug 2008 - Cheque cashed

18th Aug 2008 - Received NOA-dated the 12th

26th Aug 2008 - Received Biometrics letter

4th Sept 2008 - Biometrics-Detroit-Complete-'Touched'

5th Sept 2008 - 'Touched'

1st Dec 2008 - APPROVED-Card production ordered -112 days

8th Dec 2008 - USCIS mailed approval notice.

8th Dec 2008 - Received my 10 year Greencard in the mail. took 2 days.

Although I have the above date for approval my card actualy states the

2nd December..

I've got another question for ya'll who have filed AOS

like i mentioned b4 i will be filing AOS in a month or so:

so, my fiance tried to get the duplicate of his medical from the dcotor in India, and she simply refused and said the embassy will give you the brown envelope which will be turned in to the uscis (i don't know how much of it is true) anyways, I have heard people saying that the medical exam is good for a year... so If i file my AOS within a year, does he have to go thru the full medical exam.. if not, then what sort of an exam he has to get it done????
