Read how, when questioned about processing backlogs(page 34), USCIS Director Mayorkas says that, "I beleive we have eliminated our backlogs".

And when questioned about TPS numbers (page42), he says that USCIS, " have granted just over 60,000 applications for TPS".......... So out of the 318,446 completed TPS applications from March-December 2010, there were only 60,000 TPS applications granted. So only 1 out of ever 5 TPS applications were granted, but the good people adjudicating those applications still had to troll through all that paperwork. And you wonder why VCS is so behind with Fiance petitions.

This is not the first time he lied about no backlogs. A little over a year ago, he appeared on video and lied that there are no backlogs.

And you wonder why the phone boys lie to us! I don't wonder. The whole USCIS is based on a culture of lies, starting with the top.
