Memorandum of conviction

My fiance has two previous minor crimes on his police report, neither of which included jailtime. I am told we need the "Memorandum of conviction" records, which is what I believe to be the disposition for each case. My question is do these have to be the official ones that cost 60 pounds each or is it ok to order the 5 pound version? I'm not exactly sure of the difference & what is necessary. The last thing we need is to get to the interview, have them ask for a certain type of document and not have it. It would be helpful to hear from anyone who has gone through something similar in London. Thanks so much!

Agreed. Given what you've said, it sounds like the more expensive ones are the official ones. Make sure they emboss or stamp the forms so the USCIS knows that are indeed official documents.
