My wife just got her 10yr card but now it's time for my step daughters to remove conditions since they followed six months after my wife.

Their ages are 7 and 6.

I assume that we'll be paying $590 x 2. Is that correct?

Thanks.

Yep, or you could simply legally adopt them and file N-600 for citizenship papers bypassing removal of conditions, I have seen others do this. This needs to happen before needing to remove conditions.

Consult a lawyer, if adoption can be final prior to that date, then they will be considered to be US Citizens, and only will need to have N-600 filed for proof of citizenship. Or even can apply for US Passports with out doing the N-600, passports need proof of citizenship like the adoptions certs.

I have seen posts where people simply apply for passports instead of filing N-600 and get US passports as proof of citizenship, and if later need a citizenship cert file N-600 to get one.
