I am sending back my husbands RFE for medical today and I just want to make sure all I need to send is sent..

1) MEDICAL ENVELOPE

2) BLUE COPY THEY SENT ME SHOWING RFE

Is this all I need to send to them?

POE at JFK:01-26-2010

Wedding:02-03-2010

Filed AOS: 11-22-2010

AOS Accepted: 12-08-2010

NOA1 for AOS & EAD: 12-11-2010

Received Biometrics Appt: 12-16-2010

Biometrics Appt: 01-05-2011

Transferred to CSC: 01-13-2011

EAD Approved: 02-11-2011

EAD Received: 02-22-2011

AOS Approved: 03-07-2011

AOS Received: 03-14-2011

Add a cover letter explaining what it is you're sending them. Similar to the cover letter you would have sent for the AOS. There is an example here on VJ.

01/09/09 - Sent I-129F

Visa Approved!

23/07/10 - Arrived in the U.S.

28/08/10 - Got Married

20/10/10 - Sent AOS

04/11/10 - InfoPass Appointment to request an Expedited AP

05/11/10 - Expedited AP Approved! RFE requested for AOS

01/02/11 - RFE sent

01/01/11 - RFE Received

01/12/11 - Biometrics taken

01/28/11 - EAD Approved

02/02/11 - AOS moved to CSC

03/07/11 - Greencard Approved!

Could you tell us what the RFE on the medical was about please for those of us who are going through this process too.

Yes, we got the same RFE (presumably - mysteriously missing medical?) and all we did was mail in the sealed envelope from the civil surgeon with the blue paper in a bigger envelope. We didn't include a cover letter or anything else...it was processed just fine.
