Currently California is looking at late September filers (give or take). Once you get your NOA2, probably in a month or two you will go to NVC for a week or two and then on to the embassy for the interview.

California seems to still be working on filers from September. You should be hearing something relatively soon if they keep up a decent pace. Check out Igor's List under the Immigration Timelines at the top of this page. It will give you an idea of who is getting approved and when. :)

Hi! we are a December filers and the VJ timeline says that our NOA2 will come in May, so I guess you can wait until mid March for your case... but it really differs case by case:)
