Hey all,

We are about to send out our I-751. This is the evidence we've put together:

1. Copies of the passport and green card of Jane Doe.

2. Copy of Social Security card of Jane Doe.

2. AR-11 & I-865 for address change.

3. Copy of Drivers License of Jane Doe.

4. Copies of our 2008 and 2009 joint US tax return.

5. Copy of title home insurance policy.

6. Copy of our Statutory Warranty Deed for the house we own together

7. Copy of Deed of Trust

8. Bank Statements with both of our names for over a year. Copy of other letters received from our Bank.

9. Copy of Utility Bills with both our names.

10. Copies of retirement plan statements.

11. Copy of Property tax statement

13. Copy of our visa/debit cards showing a joint account.

14. Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy.

15. Copy of Dental insurance cards. Copy of Dental Explanation of Benefits for Jane Doe.

16. A congratulation letter from our real estate agent on our house.

17. Two pictures of us out enjoying time together

Do you think this would be enough evidence? or should we go through more stuff, and find more? Thanks for your input.

Your list looks good. You do not need the passport of the applicant or the SSN card. Make sure you have a copy of the front and back of the green card. I would also suggest including the drivers licence for both spouses showing the same address and perhaps a few more pictures. Good luck!
