You know what, you are a Socialist-lite and an ignorant one at that. You use public roads (Socialism), public utilities (Oh my God, more Socialism), and were taught in public (SOCIALISM) schools. So if you are going to loosely use that label, please start including yourself. Just call yourself, Socialist-lite.....same great taste with less filling. And add hypocrite to that as well, Mr. Label Maker. Now go drive on that Socialist road since that is how you make your living.

The vast majority of the tea-party types who hyperventilate so much about the evil of socialism would be pretty miserable if we were to transition to an economy devoid of all socialism! Think about all the areas where we do things collectively! You mention roads, public schools, public utilities. Add to that police, fire protection, parks, the court system, even government itself! Do away with socialism and you get a system like they had in the middle ages! And even then there were certain socialist modifications to the inherent brutality of raw capitalism.

same for water and electricty. the same can't be said about schools - even if you don't have kids or even if you're in your 90's.
