What's the highlight of YOUR workday?

I'm gonna go with the majority and say 5:31pm when my ####### is running out the door.

Other than that, it's the times when I get to do things away from my desk. This morning I spend two hours at a press check and that meant 2 hours I didn't have to sit infront of a computer.

i would have to say the highlight of my day is when i walk onto my (locked) unit and my patients cheer because i'm working! after being told countless times that i'm one of the nicest nurses there ... i'm starting to believe it now.

Yesterday, my company sent out an email telling us to gather around in our pantry area for a beer at 5pm to celebrate our last milestone for a job well done. So drinking a beer at 5pm while still in the office was my highlight for the day.

Right now? Lunch. And Starbucks in the morning...

When I was working in my last position (I'm temping at the moment), I could actually plan out a whole days worth of (work) stuff to do. Now after a couple hours I'm left twiddling my thumbs (boss it out this week), so I spend most of the time applying for other jobs.
