Airlines whose boarding passes have the year

I remember reading something here about airlines whose boarding passes don't have years. Since this seems to be important at HCMC, I looked through several boarding passes I still have and compiled a list. Feel free to add to it.

Airline Boarding Pass that contain the year

Continental - Sometimes. I have one with a year (issued in Asia) and one without a year (issued in Europe)

Lufthansa - No

Asiana - Yes

United - No

Eva Airlines - no

China Airlines - no

Vietnam Airlines - no

[Ronnie&Hang 12]

Indochina - Yes (but they were out of business)

Cathay Pacific - Yes

Continental - No (merged with United)

Just included a copy of your itinerary with your boarding passes.

Most of the boarding passes won't have the year, but the the itinerary will supplement it.

If you like me, keep the luggage tags..most of thoses have the full date too..

If this were to be an issue the CO could take the mm/dd on the boarding pass and compare it with the entry stamps in the passport.
