i know i read a few weeks back the vermont center was moving quickly with so many k1's not reveiwed. i hope it is true as i filed january 19,2011, so about a month so far.the sooner the better as far as i am concerned.todd

we applied for k-1 visa in september 2010..... but not recieved NOA2 as yet....

yes.. but only a few for sure... i am also an oct. filer but nothing heard from them since we filed our packet....

and now it is less than a month for us to our 5th mon...

:-/ our N0A1 is October 12. There's 1 filer NOA1 October 18 and got their NOA2 Feb.10 from VSC. :'(

Ask this in 4 weeks again, then you'll receive more happy comments because right now, they just started on September filers (based VJ members)

Our NOA2 is dated October 29th and we haven't heard anything: at the rate they are going right now, I'd be surprised if we hear from them until May.

I guess September filers will be processed first, but other than that, it's coming for you too, October filers!

Alhamdulillah,

I just wanted to give October filers some hope. Masha'Allah, I just checked my email out of habit not thinking of anything when I saw a message from USCIS. It said "Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity." When I scrolled down it said we are approved. Alhamdulillah!!!
