So ive recently discovered that neither my hubby, nor any of my American friends have any clue what watercress is. After a quick google, it seems its only widely available in the UK.

Anyone know if you can get watercress in America?!

you can find it when it's in season. if it's not where the loose spinach/lettuce is then you might try looking where they keep stuff like alfalfa sprouts. if you can't find it just use baby rocket (arugula) instead.

or it's super easy to grow.

Yep, I actually am on a watercress kick lately - supposedly it's great for the skin.

I get mine at a Spanish supermarket.

It's definitely sold in frozen mixed vegetables. It's not very popular fresh.
