Thanks guys. I just found out yesterday that they sent my pkt 4 to my fiance in the US....addressed to him and written to me? hmm?

Well at least one of us got it.

SF2007 hope you interview went well yesterday!

My fiance and I both received the same letter. Yours must be in the mail but to make sure, have him scan it and mail to you so you can take it to both your medical and appointment in Montreal.

My interview went well thank you! We were the second couple in line and out by 8:30 AM :) I will write a review shortly in the embassy section.

As soon as I get my last medical result (my medical was not ready at Medysis after 5 business days), I will mail them the packet and they will process with the visa.

They asked me to provide the following :

-birth certicate, its copy & translation

-passport & appointment letter & email confirmation

-police clearance

-Affidavit of support (I-134)

-My fiance's letter of intent to marry

-medical packet

-Appointment fees proof of payment

They had me sign a form and gave me a fact sheet about what to do with my K-1 visa when I get it.

US citizen since April 2016

ROC completed April 2014

AOS from K1 completed February 2012

Hm, I never received an email confirmation. Is this just because you changed your original interview date?

I got an email confirmation both time : when I first scheduled and when I rescheduled online. Might be sitting in yours spam box?

They specifically asked for the Packet 4 letter and I provided both the letter and the confirmation email. Not sure if the email is mandatory or not.

Nope, no email at all! I have Packet 4 and the confirmation from the website that my appointment has been booked though. So hopefully that's ok.

I also got email confirmations each time I cancelled an appointment and booked a different date. I never thought to print the emails off - I just chose "My Account" on the CSC website and printed the whole thing off because it had my date, the address, and the proof I'd paid already. This is the form I took to the interview - parts got circled and highlighted at a few different windows but it looked like it was enough...

Excellent, that's exactly what I've printed off. Thanks. :)

They didn't ask for the separate MVR receipt - the account page shows a reference number and the amount I paid...? It's the only website print out I brought for proof of my appointment at the main consulate doors, and proof of payment at one or two windows...

No passport yet :( The DoS said I was in AP this morning but I hope they're just confused.
