I-485 filed at same time as Travel Document and EAD

I submitted my I-485 with a copy of my marriage certificate. At the same time as submitting my I-485 application, I also submitted the Travel Document I-131 and the EAD but did not include a separate marriage certificate for each of these applications. Will I just get an RFE for this? I thought I had double checked everything and now I am a bit concerned. Can anyone share some insight into what will happen?

I only included one copy of our marriage certificate, too. I submitted I-485 and EAD at the same time. I wasn't even aware you should submit one with each application. Where did you read that?

I just followed the USCIS instructions...hmmm. hopefully, we'll be fine.

K1 Timeline

Jan 2005: we first met and started dating

03/11/2010: I-129F sent

04/29/2010: touched and NOA2

05/17/2010: Consulate Frankfurt

05/19/2010: Package 3 received

07/02/2010: Packet 4 received

07/07/2010: Medical Exam in Munich

07/21/2010: Visa interview in Frankfurt - APPROVED

11/28/2010: POE

12/27/2010: Wedding

The instructions do not require a marriage certificate for the EAD or AP app, however if you have changed your name due to marriage you could send proof of that change (that's what I did).

You shouldn't get an RFE for it, but you never know.. USCIS has done stranger things.
