Like many others, I am wondering if our evidence is sufficient or if there's anything else we can send in.

Since I was living alone and very independent before our marriage, all of our bills are in my name only. We do have a joint lease/checking account, as you will see, as well as joint insurance(s), etc. Opinions, please?

• Copies of the passport and green card of SPOUSE

• Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friends

• Tax transcript for 2009

• A copy of our lease along with an affidavit from our landlord

• Various statements from our joint checking account at 5/3 bank

• Letter from the Board of Pensions of the PCUSA showing the designation of my life insurance to SPOUSE

• Letter from the Board of Pensions of the PCUSA showing that SPOUSE is a dependent on my health insurance policy, along with copies of the insurance cards

• Verification of our Progressive Auto Insurance policy showing both of us as drivers

• Copies of our City of Grosse Pointe Park passes showing our common address

• Photocopy of ultrasound photos of our baby who is due June 11, 2011

• Various photos

Does this look like enough evidence, or is it "flimsy?"

Thanks all.

I also submitted copies of our drivers licenses, copies of utility bills *anything that had both our names or just mine but under our address, copies of credit card stmts as well as copies of the actual credit cards showing we have the same acct number, copies of letters from family friends ie: cards, cheques my mother in law sent to me for every occasion such as my bday, our anniv, etc. copies of medical and dental bills showing my husband as primary and I am covered under his med/dental, imo overkill is better than being RFE'd for something that they 'might' want

I looked at your evidence, you can add a few more things that I can advise:

N

eed atleast 2 years. 2008 and 2009 or 2009 and 2010 / US Federal and State Tax Return (Form 1040 and W2) or (Tax Transcripts)

Do you have joint membership acounts and credit card accounts

Any joint utility bills (DWP and Gas Company)

Since youre having a baby soon. You can send a copy of your baby registry. Or baby shower photos and invitation cards. This should have both you and your spouse's names (joined) or even documents for the Hospital Tour if you have one.

Cell phone statments?

Holiday cards cards, invitations and church certificates

Any ticket stubs from sports games and events

Any trip itineraries / vacations

Thats all I can think of.

Good luck.

I am including copies of ticket to events/sports games pasted beside photos taken at these events. While the tickets do not have our names on them they do correspond to the photos.

Good question.

I purchased a baseball mini plan season ticket for my wife and I. The package included a 8.5 x 11" card that says both our names as recepients from the sports office, it also had our address.

Also added pictures of us together. I considered this evidence.

What tickets from games and events really show as evidence unless it has both names and address on it?
