Hello my Friends!

I have a question: I took a passport picture to apply for my K 1 visa but on this picture I dont show my ears, I have long hair and I just put my hair on the back. Will that be a problem? Do we have to show the ears to send USCIS our I129F?

I am so worried! I already got my NOA 1, but I dont know if they will ask me for REF.

Thank you!

This may not be related to an Immigrant Visa, but renewed my daughter's (US citizen) on Tuesday, and her hair was over her ears, completely. And they are getting very specific even on American photos.

PS, I do know that in the UK, a least, there are two-different sizes, so please check size.

Hi Caty!!

Celia has very long hair (which I very much love!! )...and on her pictures for the visa, she was only showing her ears partially, you can only see the lower part of her ears on the pictures, and we had no problems...so I will pray that you have no problems either :-)

Good luck and Fica Com Deus.

The pictures submitted with the application for the K-1 process not showing ears is totally fine. The pictures you will present to the embassy the day of interview requires different measurements. Don’t expect any RFE for this matter..

Best of Luck..
