Everyone i cant believe it but i was asleep on the sofa and as i got up i checked emails on my Blackberry to find this message

On February 17, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

correct me if i'm wrong but that was pretty quick as our time lines on VJ says CSC is on Sep 22!

im still shocked!!

can anyone tell me what next?

10/10/2010-------NOA1 and sent to California Service Center for processing

10/19/2010-------Check Cashed

10/21/2010-------NOA1 Hardcopy received

11/26/2010-------Touched

02/17/2011-------NOA2 email received from USCIS confirming approval

02/28/2011-------NVC Received

03/15/2011-------Left NVC forwarded to US consulate in UK after 15 days of AP

03/21/2011-------US Consulate receive paper work and logged

03/22/2011-------Packet 3 sent by US consulate

03/24/2011-------Packet 3 received from US Consulate

03/24/2011-------Packet 3 returned to Consulate

04/01/2011-------Packet 3 logged by Consulate

NOt sure about next steps, but I actually anticipated seeing 1 or 2 October approvals today, as the data currently supports them being further along than what the site is currently saying. I say this as there are many 9-27 and 9-28 NOA1 approvals in the past couple days...so I knew October was coming. Now late October is a little bit of a surprise.

Congrats.. Now your case will be forwarded to the NVC, you can get in touch with them.. maybe next week and ask for your Case number.. that starts with CRS... and then later on your case will be transfer to the US embassy in your country! good luck with everything

Congratulations! :dance: I just left a comment on your profile, now I see you got a thread about this. Just wondering, did you do anything to get it expedited or was it just submitted normally? You're lucky! Wish we get ours soon too.

No it was a real shock i just happened to have got the email. I think they approved quite a few today looking at some VJ members!

now for the hard parts....making mistakes on forms, not getting the right information all these things.

i would predict yours is coming soon as i am oct 21st filer

I think you mean LND, as the beneficiary appears to be in the UK (CRS = Caracas, LND = London) :unsure:
