September 27/06 Interview APPROVED, with visa in hand

October 29/06 Moving Date

December 30/06 Married!!

January 16/07 Sent out AOS, EAD, and AP docs

January 23/07 NOA1's for AOS, EAD and AP

February 13/07 Biometrics in Portland, OR

April 7/07 EAD and AP Received

April 24/07 Interview Scheduled . . . and APPROVED, stamp and all!

May 7/07 Greencard is in my hands!

ROC Journey:

February 17/09 Sent I-751 to CSC

February 18/09 NOA1

March 14/09 Biometrics appt.

April 22/09 Date of Approval!!

June 25/09 Greencard arrives in the mail!

Congratulations I am so happy for the both of you it is truly a wonderful feeling to see that approval notice. And this happened to me also, we got approved on August 18th and enen now on the USCIS website there is no update of us getting approved. I only knew we were approved because of Vermont Service Center sending me a letter in the mail about our approval. Even when i called USICS my inoformation was not updated on there either. So don't worry IT IS FOREAL email or not you are APPROVED Congratulations again to you both!!!!!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!

We received our approval letter in the mail today (8/30) which shows an approval date of 8/22, but the USCIS website still shows the old status with no indication of approval. The only thing we noticed was a touch on 8/25, three days after the approval date.

Anyone have this happen? Seems worthless to try to track the case on the website if they don't update the status.
