Medical exam?

How long prior to interview should my Fiancee go for her medical exam? Also can we only use the ones listed on the embassy website as she would have to fly to Jamaica for the exam and then Fly to Jamaica again for the interview if this is the case? Oh btw do you get the exam results in the mail or the same day as she obviously doesn't live in Jamaica, she lives in the Cayman Islands?

Can only have the medical at the listed medical facilitys/ with the listed doctors on the embassy website.

Results depend on the actual place you are having the medical some will be ready in 1 week some take less or longer. You would have to ask the facility you book your appointment at for their medical turn around time and if they mail it and what not.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
