Hi VJers,

I'm back for more of your quality advice. My soon-to-be-ex husband is about to file for ROC. I'm concerned he is not going to include his criminal record. I assume they will independently do a background check. Should I contact them just to be sure?

Also, he doesn't have the $600 required. Is there any kind of fee waiver?

Thanks in advance!
