Okay, so I'm an idiot

I sent in my I-130 and all the paperwork and I ended up sending in the copy of my I-130 instead of the original.

*Dylan remembers to use blue ink from now on so as not to mistake it again

So they rejected it and sent it back to me. The bottom of the letter says to keep this letter on top to speed up the process, which I'm all for heh. The question is, on my first package, I clearly put ORIGINAL SUBMISSION. Do I do the same or can I put something else, like RESUBMISSION, so they know it's not my original submission that might even, dare I say, speed it up a bit more? lol It's not an RFE so I'm not sure what to put.

Also, on my wife's G-325A form she put in the wrong address for one of her previous address's. She put 155 Markum instead of 501 Markum. Do I have to get her to give me new G-325A docs?

Geez, what kind of dummy would do that :P

1. Did they cash your check or return it to you? If they cashed it put resubmission, if they returned it put original. I really don't think it matters though.

2. You can cross out the wrong #, put the correct one and initial the change for her.

Oh yeah, make sure you send it back by Priority or something trackable so your wife can stop freaking out on me.

p.s. make sure you keep a copy of the letter they sent you.

Nope, they didn't cash the check.

She'll be down here in two days :) so she said she just wants me to print out new ones and she'll sign them.

Yup, it's definately going priority this time, don't want to get the same ration as I did the last couple weeks lol.
