consulate confused

Hi everyone i'm so new to this it took 3 days to figure out how to post a message. Well heres the story then the question i was married here in canada in june06mthe I130 was sent in june ,it was received june 23 notice date is july 18, the I129F was sent aug 23.now what is the next step do we sit and wait or can i just proceed on things here ? I also listed calgary as the consulate hope that is right i live in manitoba. this not knowing is killing me,plus my kids start school here so i will have to transfer them and my house will be up for sale this week,hope i don't have to live out of a uhaul for a long time.anyone who has some advice please share it. i spent the last few days in tears over this stress. thank you terry and george

if your I-130 (CR1) goes through, your consulate will be Montreal...

K3 interviews are done in either Vancouver or Montreal depending on where you live...

as you live in Manitoba, your K3 interview will be in Vancouver. Did you do the forms for K4s for the kids as well?

There's not a lot you can do now other than wait. It'll be a while before you can do anything.
