I guess USCIS hasn't fixed the problems from 2 years ago? ;)

From the looks of it, they've actually degraded.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

I guess USCIS hasn't fixed the problems from 2 years ago? ;)

From the looks of it, they've actually degraded.

I don't have the time to read through 2 years of posts but reading the original post it seems like the two SC's have switched roles in the past 2 years - now CSC filers are the 1st class citizens while those of us poor souls filing at VSC are 2nd class citizens....

DESPITE the huge fee increase - see what 1 year of increased fees supposedly for 'service improvements' has gotten us!! :angry:

07/17/08 Arrived and picked up by CSC

07/25/08 NOA-1 FINALLY!!!!

07/31/08 CHECK WAS CASHED!

07/28/08 touched!!

12/08/08 NOA2 FINALLY!

12/13/08 NOA2 received in the mail

12/18/08 Called NVC at (603)334-0700 and talked to a nice lady named Rose. Our case was received on the13th and was sent out to sydney...WE WILL SEE!

12/13/08 NVC received letter and said they sent out to Sydney

12/18/08 received letter in the mail from NVC.

12/19/08 another letter from NVC stating it was shipped out

12/24/08 ARRIVED IN SYDNEY at 10:26 am and signed by tom

12/29/08 CONFIRMED it is at Sydney and Good ol Tom did sign for it LOL THANKS TOM!!

12/29/08 Sydney waiting for paper file from nvc and has it requested

12/31/08 Sydney confirmed through email that the paper file was received

01/05/09 His police checks are done and sent off!!

01/28/09 Kai went to his medicals forgot one of his passport pics and needs two more shots all was good!

2/18/09 medicals ready to be picked

2/20/09 packet 3 sent in

2/26/09 pkt 3 received today takes UP to 10 days

04/07/09 interview....APPROVED!!!!

04/20/09 He flew in ..flight was changed he was 3 hours late BUT HE IS HOME

port of entry took 2 mins!! LOL

04/25/09 WE ARE MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe they should consider hiring all of us who have gone threw and are going threw the whole process to do the paper work... then they only have to worry about doing interviews. who knows better than us how frustrating and nerve wracking the whole thing really is.

Agreed. I have not had smooth sailing with anything so far, and by looking at my time line below you can probably tell why I'm pissed off with them.

05/25/2008 Notice of receipt received

05/29/2008 Check cashed

08/21/2008 No action for 90 days, (including Biometrics) called USICS to start an inquiry, so much for reviewing cases as they are filed!

09/19/2008 Made info pass apointment....no touches since May 29th!!

09/25/2008 Recieved a letter to tell me my EAD was approved on Aug 28th however Phoenix Office is still too backlogged to take my biomertrics!

09/29/2008 Revieved letter for Biometrics appointment for Oct 8th

10/08/2008 Biometricts

10/09/2008 Touch on AOS

I know that it was suggested earlier, that vsc filers were second class while csc was first class, but it seems to me in my eyes it depends what you are filling for. :unsure: when we first found this site and asked the question thats been asked a million times, which is faster k1 or k3, i think really now that the all out k1 is faster is sometimes the wrong answer cos even though if we filled at vermont we would prob have our noa2 right now, i think if we filled k3 at csc (we would have already had our noa2, perhaps its just me and i'm seeing things :unsure:

Well so far from my experience CSC is way slower then any center. The timeline we have for a NOA2 keeps getting pushed back farther. CSC people are NOT happy. I noticed the VSC is moving faster and pops the noa2s out way faster.

NOW if they hired ALL these people for the centers, HOW COME CSC is still slow and I see no improvement.

Noa2s take 5 to 6 months on avg for approvel compared to vsc 3 to 4 months...

I really wish I could have filed sooner so he would already be here OR have filed in VSC ...

They get the same amount of case loads SO what is the issue? They going to hollywood parties with P diddy???? :whistle::blink:
