See the list and link I posted, influenza yes if it is the flu season, the other is needed for age 2 months to 59 months (under age 6) so NO

CDC sets what is required.

If you look at the link in my signature there's information on two different pages telling details about the immunizations. Ask your mum if you had chickenpox.

I'm a US doctor. Hep B is a series of 3. Depending on your age, you may or may not be vaccinated. (Here, it's under about 25.) It is expensive here. My fiancee got them from his nurse for 45 Pounds. He also got updated on his MMR. He took his old school forms to his nurse/doctor, and they are working through the list. He has been going every two weeks for the last 2 months to catch up, as they will be cheaper under NHS, and he won't have health insurance here until after his greencard (job), which is after he needs his vaccines. He has not been able to get varicella, which is chicken pox, as it is not given in UK to adults. (He also had disease as a child.) I have read rumors of it being available, though. Also, I have read that you can get them done, same day at Knightsbridge, day of, but they aren't cheap, and you have to pay cash, I think.

The fiance visa Affidavit of Support is the I-134. In the US, you will do the I-864 Affidavit of Support when you file for your greencard (Adjustment of Status).

You do not need a Hep B shot and one in a series is usually enough to have your AOS approved.

I-864 is for Green-card sponsorship. (CR-1/IR-1 spouse visa gets green-card upon entry to USA so uses I-864)

I-134 is for NON-Immigrant visas, K-1 is a NON-Immigrant. K-1 uses I-864 later in the USA when adjusting status to get green-card

Thanks everyone you have all been very helpful much appreciated, i did speak to my GP nurse and she stated that i only need MMR once in my life and i had this in 1994 but i thought it only last 10 years.

on another note is there anything i can do in the mean time whilst waiting for my NOA2?

i have ordered police certs and have all my vaccinations how about the I134 can this be done now in advance as i will need 2 because my fiancee doesnt earn enough.

Do i need to take the NOA2 letter that she receives ? i just wanna speed things up as i have a wedding date set for AUG 5TH and dont wanna delay this procedure any longer than necessary.

cheers
