Hello All,

My wife applied for CR1/IR1 on behalf of me. My case was completed on Aug 4th 2006 and still it didn't transfer to the MTL waiting for that. Now my question is : I have a 10 yr Multiple US Visit visa and in tha visa the comment is like that: " CANADIAN LANDED IMMGRANT...AMCIT SPOUSE. NOT INTENDING TO IMMGRATE" as i am not a canadian citizen yet. When i went to cosulate for visit visa the officer asked me wheather i wanted to go there or no? i said my wife applied for me and as i believe the file was about to close. ( I was unable to find co-sponser at that time and i didn't know that once i-130 approved its approved) I had an impression that i have only 1 year to find co-sponser and its over but after couple of weeks i realized that i have 1 more month to sumbit my sponser document and luckily i found one co-sponser.

So do you think that it would create any kind of negative impression on my CR1/IR1 interview? If you think it will what are you suggesting ?

Thanks and your help will be appreciable in this situation.

Thanks

K
