want to see how the end of feb or march processing time frames look like so far till Dec ending it says 5 months, hope the TSC to CSC transfers don't skew the timelines.

That's the evil thing of statistics.......some are right at 5 months.....some over, some under. It's the standard deviation that you are looking for I think. For every person approved in 7 months they can have someone approved in 3 months and still have a 5 month average. Cruel but true, possibly why they're still processing the Oct. Nov applicants to keep the average lower. I know this isn't too positive of news but true.....

its been 5 month for all the country like for more than a year now

that just and estimate only.

They have by law to try having it done by 6 months, 180 days,

but if they are backed logged it can take longer nothing in GOLD

they have to approve you sooner..

I got married on Nov. 6, 2010 in Pakistan. Filed my I-130 on Dec. 1, 2010. NOA1 came back on Dec. 10 and since then I've just been waiting. When I try to check my case status online on USCIS website, it says my case is not found. I called their CSC Customer Service again today and they told me that the actual waiting time for I-130s these days is 9-12 months, regardless of the "5-months" mentioned on their website. Now this is new news for me and very worrisome. I hope it doesn't take THAT long.
