I am having really bad pains under my ribcage today. It's neither left nor right but smack dab in the middle... is it just gas or something else? If anyone knows please help cause its kinda freaking me out.

it could be gas or indigestion... do you have any alka seltzer? pepto bizmol?

VJ handles it all. No problem to minor. You have problems we have answers. Plus chances are someone on VJ is a doctor or nurse.

It could be that you pulled a muscle there. Lightly push your finger on the ribcage - does the pain originate there? I've had it before - you can get it from just sneezing...it's crazy... but nothing to worry about. :yes:

if it honestly bothers you that bad, i would go to the doctor and rack up yet another bill.

sorry for the bluntness, stina ... but you always seem to have some sort of ailment or another. no one here is going to be able to tell you what your pain is from ... only you know your body best.

i would really try to stop working yourself into a tizzy about things ... it's not mentally healthy. regain control and remind yourself that you will get through this.
