Dear friends,

We had a blue-sheet on the interview, then we personally submitted all additional requested documents on the first week of September 2010. Since then we have not heard anything from the CO. We have sent numbers of email to ask for the status of our case; the respond is too many cases ahead of us, so they cannot tell us the time-line. Do anyone know or have any idea what is the typical time-line for the similar case? Any suggestion from our side to help the CO process the case faster would be appricated!

Thanks,

US-VN

moving to VN regional

There is no way to get things moving once the case is in AP. It takes as long as the CO wants it to take.. could be months, could be over a year.. Look at the AP discussion in the VN regional.. Have your Senator or Congressman contact the consulate to inquire on your behalf. they cant make anything happen, but the communication is logged in the system and that may help in some way... You can always have your girl go to the consulate to inquire... or if you are in HCMC you can go ask...

Its sucks but AP is like a black hole and there is no light until the CO makes it happen....
