Hello, first of all I'd just like to say how great this forum has been for me. I just made an account today but have been using the information for about a month now. I'm in the process of collecting and filling out all the forms for the K-1 visa. My fiancee has worked a casual job in addition to multiple full time jobs and I was wondering how to input that on the G-325A employment section. I've seen conflicting advice and wondering if I need to put it on the form and include a supplement, or just use a supplement, or even if a supplemental paper is needed. Any help is greatly welcomed. Thank you.

Are you the petitioner or beneficiary? I see the beneficiary is form OZ but you both have to fill in G-325 the beneficiary needs to fill it in and sign and send to you and only the last 5 years so if its a lot then yes add a supplement but if the jobs were only short lived then just get them to write the previous 5 years of the longest duration. You are not asked about this anyway its just some information they need. I only worked part time and only put 2 jobs down.

Oh please fill in a time line too so we can see where you are at.

It overlaps. No problem, he had two jobs. They want accurate information, nothing about the job history affects the visa issuance anyway.(unless he was a drug smuggler or something) Simply list them backwards, most recent FIRST and enter the dates he began and eneded employment

example

June 2007 to Present...........ABC Corporation, Kiev, Ukraine

August 2006 to July, 2009......DCG Corporation, Kiev, Ukraine

Thanks for the information. I'm the petitioner but this is for my Fiancees G-325A. She worked a casual job in addition to her main one. Some people were saying an attached paper was needed but I see I don't. Thanks again.
