TSC just transferred lots of I-130 petitions back to CSC.There are lots of us passed 6-7-8 months normal processing time.I hope these new approvals will not slow NVC part and everybody will complete NVC smoothly!!!

I hope that those being transfered back to CSC will not have any delay like when they moved them from CSC to TSC! None of those filers should have to be delayed any further. Wonder what the hold up was at TSC in the first place?? Seems like it was the most quiet one of the Service Centers. :blush:
