AOS interview but no decision

We went to our interview last thursday. We were an hour and half early so the IO interviewed us earlier than our scheduled time.

IO asked us to swear we told the truth and asked me if I committed any crimes or was involved in terrorist activities from a standard form. The only other questions she asked included my last name, place of birth, date of birth, how we met and how long my husband stayed in the Philippines to visit me and how he asked for my hand in marriage, as per our customs. She commented on the difference in our ages but also stated this was common according to Philippine custom. She asked for: photos and any joint accounts or supporting evidence.

After that, she told us since we are married less than two years, we will receive two year green card, explained about the removal of conditions procedures and we signed a paper. She indicated she would review our application plus the K-1 Visa documentation. The interview took less than 15 minutes. She did not indicate anything about decision date, if we were approved and we have no idea what she will decide.

Do I have to worry about our case? I check our status online but it is still in Initial Review, I heard that others had their status change to card production the same day after thier interview.

Any comment is greatly appreciated. I am really upset.

Sounds like they will review it some more and then you will get an answer, She neither denied or approved yes? SO again you wait you poor thing

Sounds to me like you are getting approved, if she said you are getting a 2-year GC and how to remove conditions later. It is the weekend, you know. Perhaps she intends to record the approval on Monday. Did she take your I-94? Good luck.

Still no update from USCIS, couple that was interviewed the same day were approved the day after.

I see that you was issued your EAD did the interviewer take it, and take your I-94. When my wife and stepson got approved she took EAD and the I-94 out of the passport. She said that she would recommend approval and they had one more check that was required. I then had asked for her to put a I-551 stamp in their passport, she said it would take a couple minutes for her the check if we could wait 5 minutes to complete it, after she did this check she stamped both their passports. She did get the approval posted into the computer that day, but as of now it still only shows Card Production (which if is the same as the EAD, when it changes to Decision then I will know the cards are on the way. So be patient, relax, it will all be good soon.

She didnt even looked/asked for my EAD. I really hope it will be good soon, I am tired of waiting. I dont know who to ask regarding the status. Local office doesnt got direct line

do not trust online status so much. i received approval letter for i-130, but the online status still says "initial review".
