confusion over package 3 and medical

Hello everyone,

I'm quite confused about the package 3 and I am hoping that someone who has gone through this before can help me.

I am the beneficiary. Today I have received a letter from the Frankfurt Consulate that stated that they had received an approved visa petition for me as well as stating my case number and that I had to download and send back immediately the following forms:

-DS-230

-DS-156 (in duplicate)

-DS-156K

-DS-157 (not applicable to meas I am female and it said on the website "for ALL male applicants between the ages of 16-45. Is my assumption correct?)

On the checklist form (Instructions for fiance(e) visa applicants)it said NOT to send in any of the documents to the office, but at the bottom of the document it's written: Enclosures:

DS-230 Part I, Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration - Biographic Data

DS-156, DS-157, DS-156K

Form I-134 – Affidavit of Support & Information Sheet

Photograph Information Sheet

So do I send DS-230, DS-156 (in duplicate), DS-156K together back with the checklist at the same time?

I still have to wait for one police certificate, do I ask for the police certificate to be sent directly to the Frankfurt Consulate (it's coming from Australia) or do I have to ask for it to be sent to me and bring all the paperwork that is on the checklist to the interview?

I understand that it is only a checklist to make sure that I have all the paperwork going to interview, but does the Consulate look at it together with all the DS-230, DS-156, DS156K paperwork or will they only look at it at the interview?

In other words: Do I send anything else other than the DS-230, DS-156, DS-156K back to the Consulate at this time since I do not have all paperwork (as previously stated: missing australian police certificate) so therefore cannot tick off all that is on the checklist.

When do I send them I-134 or do I bring that to the interview? Does the petitioner send that directly the NVC or the Consulate or to me?

Also, there was no mention anywhere about the medical. I know I could probably schedule an appointment for a medical with the Case Number but do I do that before receiving Package 4 or after? Also, what do I have to bring to the medical? How many photos? Do they have to be biometric photos? Should they be the same as the one you are going to be bringing to the interview?

Package 4 is only the date for the interview, correct?

I''m sorry for asking so many questions and if those questions have already been asked before. I just want to make sure that I am very clear about everything before sending paperwork and that I have not forgotten anything. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Thank you very much for your time!

Thanks again to the wonderful visajourney community!

Hello,

I forgot to add two more questions:

- Does the I-134 have to be notorized?

- And when/how do I pay for the medical?

Thank you!
