Very Important G325A BioGrapic Information Form Question

I know I asked this question before, here but here is the situation now, We are about to apply for AOS very very soon

So here it is;

- I came to NY in 2002 as an F1 Student and I am still under F1 Student Visa.

- Starting 2006, I have worked for 4 different companies, worked as a computer programmer.

- I have filed taxes for every year since 2006.

- I have never accepted any job by signing the I-9 Form (Employment Eligibility Verification), I have never signed any form saying, `Do you have a green card?, or `Do you have work authorization?`. I only filled either a W2 or a W4 (by entering my name and social security number).

- I quit my most recent job around 2 months ago, currently I am NOT working.

- Hopefully, I will be graduating this summer, currently taking 15 credits at my school.

- I am also about to file my taxes for 2010, I have worked around 11 months in 2010.

No, I won't hide anything, surely USCIS can get this information anytime by checking my IRS records anyhow, I will write my previous work experiences on G325A.

I have 3 questions;

- Considering all of the above, "Application's Employment for last 5 years" question on G325A still scares me?

- Would there be any problem to file my 2010 taxes at the time when I am applying for AOS?

- On my previous post, so many people responded with upon a marrying a USC this(illegal employment while an F1) is forgiven, is it really the case, and I should just stop worrying?

Yes, it still is forgiven - you did nothing "wrong" here like having a false Social Security Number or lying about your work status. You even did the right thing by filing for your taxes (even though it is a different and independent government agency). In contrary, if you have been in the US that long the IO would most likely ask the question how you survived here financially, have to show that you had sufficient savings or other legal financial support whether it is from interests, parents or so. Like an attorney told me before "rather work rightfully without the permit and get slapped on the fingers by immigration for not awaiting their permission (EAD) then working some illegal stuff like being a prostitute and selling drugs"

Again, you'll be fine

As long as you list ALL the places you have worked for in that form - trust me, you will be fine.
