Anyone have any experience with the UK London Embassy, having the interview scheduled prior to the actual opening hours?

Does Fátima just show up at the main door, interview letter in hand, and someone should be there to let her in, even before they're officially open?

With the interview scheduled for 0800, I'm sure she should show up even a bit early like 0730, right?

Yes, they start working the line before 8AM. If you read the reviews of interviews, you'll get a sense of when people got in line and how long the lines were. INTERVIEWS

If it helps at all, I had an interview at the London embassy about a yr and a half ago for a temporary work visa. My appointment was for 8, and I got there at 7. I was really glad that I did, because at about 7:30 the line was REALLY long...!
